Panasonic 102P Headed for Japanese Carrier, No Word on a US Release Yet

After announcing that the Eluga will be announced in Europe, Panasonic is in a roll. The next device they are putting on the spotlight is the Panasonic 102p; slated for release for a Japanese carrier named SoftBank Mobile.

Just like the Eluga, the 102p is a waterproof and dustproof Android smartphone that’s surely to impress people. Having a thickness of only 7.8mm and weight of 103g, the device has a slim and stylish design to match its personality.

Specs

The 102p also features a 4.3-inch organic EL display screen; which is capable of display vivid colors in both videos and still images. It also has a 960x540p AMOLED display. It is also inclusive of an 8.2MP camera and Wi-Fi capability.

Features

Apart from the hardware specs, the 102p is prepared with the ‘Personal Protection’ security feature; which helps its users protect their business. Through the ‘security box,’ users get to protect their document files and photos in a high security location so that malicious external access is impossible. Moreover, the security feature enables its user to select an important e-mail account and an ordinary account that can be locked with ‘security E-mail.’

Again, the Panasonic 102p has been slated for release for SoftBank Mobile. Panasonic still needs to release information if this smartphone will be available in other parts of the world.
