This is a 7″ generic Android 2.1 tablet from Shenzhen, based on the Telechips TCC8902 platform, with the usual 256MB of RAM and up to 1080p video playback support. This is the same platform used in the Augen Gentouch.

It also has a built-in front facing camera and microphone, supporting video recording and pictures. However, it is unclear at this point whether or not it supports video chat. It is also supposed to ship with Android Market. While it does have a g-sensor, we don’t expect it to work properly within applications. The first batch became available only recently.

It currently uses the same plastic shell used for the Rockchip RK2808a based Apad iRobot. The shell is probably made by the same factory. The Rockchip RK2808a based Apad iRobot has been one of the most popular generic Android tablets in recent months.

While the current batch is not shipping with HDMI, but the feature is expected to be added with newer batches with a slightly modified casing.

When production stabilizes, this will have price advantages and features to be one of the top competitors in the low-end Android tablet market.

The androidtime’s store is hot sell this tablet. the price is 188 usd. The item is here. Androidtime will send  a nice pair of cufflinks. and the 5 USD voucher is possible.Voucher number is : androidtime
